Know before
you go

1.The tours are pretty easy ones, nearly anyone can participate who enjoys strolling, maximum 3-4 kilometres with short breaks.

2.The tours can be booked at the latest 48hours prior to start time.

3.Payment should be made via bank transfer within 3 days after the confirmation of your booking. In case of bookings made within 5 days before departure time, payment is due on the booking confirmation day. Please, write the name of the contact person and the date & name of the tour in the comment box.

4.You will also get a confirmation e-mail after a successful payment within 24 hours.

5.Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show are non-refundable. A full refund is applicable in case of cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. The refund is due as soon as possible, but within seven bank working days, the latest.
