Evening Walking Tourwith Goulash Taste
When evening comes, Budapest reveals its truly magical face. It’s seductive and deep like the ocean that offers a great deal to be discovered. After a busy day, the nocturnal Budapest is an exciting place for a nice stroll without the hustle and bustle of the day.
Our tour starts from the Parliament, then we’ll take a peaceful stroll on the river bank and after crossing the beautifully lit Chain Bridge, we’ll walk up to the Castle District. The whole district has an authentic medieval atmosphere with its gigantic gates, imposing buildings and cobble-stoned roads. You will get to know the brief history of the Castle and also have an insight into the history of Hungary. On our way through the district, we will stop by Matthias Church and from the adjacent Fisherman’s Bastion you can take beautiful photos of the city highlighted by the Basilica and the Parliament. Finally, we are descending from the Castle hill and round off our tour by eating a well-prepared plate of the world-famous Hungarian gulyás soup.
