Besides the neolog Dohány Street Synagogue, we are also visiting two smaller synagogues nearby (we are not going inside). The area embraces long-standing, crumbling buildings, shiny new apartment blocks and intriguing monuments, all of which are longing to be discovered. In the whole district a vast array of entertainment options is also available; hip cafes, restaurants (a delicious meal at the Mazel Tov, oh, yes), bars, ruin pubs and art galleries await all visitors to the area. At the end of the tour, we will have an unforgettable meal at Mazel Tov, which is probably the most emblematic restaurant of the area.
